Experienced Litigation & Trial Attorney Timothy A. Lambirth

Mr. Lambirth was board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy from 1995 through 2010 as a Civil Trial Expert and listed as a specialist with the State Bar of California. As an experienced litigation and trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil, commercial and business disputes, he understands how crucial aggressive, yet intelligent representation is in the face of a business dispute. He represents clients in common disputes and also handles a wide variety of complex business litigation matters throughout the state.

We understand that blindly rushing to court is not always the best course of action or in the best interests of each client. Disputes and litigation do not just cause clients anxiety, angst and loss of sleep but also take an emotional toll. Thus, it is important to identify the client’s goals early and then seek to achieve those goals at the earliest opportunity. Thus, we get to know our clients and their unique goals and tolerances for risk and stress when fashioning a strategy toward resolving their unique issue and dispute. We are always looking to take the best approach to achieve success for clients and most often that can be via an out-of-court settlement by either negotiating directly with the adverse party, their counsel or utilizing the services of a mediator.
