Mr. Lambirth was board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate from 1995 through 2010 and listed as a Civil Trail Specialist with the State Bar of California. As an experienced litigation and trial lawyer with more than 40 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, he understands when and how crucial it is to be aggressive yet understands the practical fact that getting the desired result does not always require brute litigation force. Intelligent representation can achieve the proper result, promptly. He represents clients in common disputes and also handles a wide variety of complex business litigation matters throughout the state.
We understand that rushing to court is not always the best course of action or in our client’s best interest. Disputes and litigation cause not only anxiety and loss of sleep but can also take a real emotional toll. That is why we work to identify each client’s goals early and pursue them at the earliest opportunity — getting to know our clients, their goals, and their tolerance for risk and stress as we shape a strategy for resolving their dispute. We are always looking for the best path to success for our clients, and most often that means an out-of-court settlement, whether through direct negotiation, mediation, or another form of alternative dispute resolution.
